Semester Break

Continuing with Tracking/ 3D Layout/ 3D Lighting

Over the semester break I continued to track all my shots, do the 3d layout and lights my scenes. I managed to completely finish most of them however there were a few issues with tracking which will need to resolved once I start back at uni.

Canvas Textures

For one of my scenes I had to source a 3d model of a painting canvas so I downloaded a free, plain one from Sketchfab. Then I painted over the pre-existing textures so I could make it look the bear painted on it.

The funky little self portrait of the bear is actually inspired by a photo of Edyn when she dressed up for a halloween/costume party. This is a nice detail to add because I feel like it helps to portray Edyn's goofy and care-free personality through the bear. She also loved to draw which furthermore helps reinforce the connection between her and our bear.
